At Amply, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 4 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
• Items must be in their original condition — unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing parts are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

• Items returned after the 4-day window
